What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in online classroom training and complete a remote hands-on internship/externship
- Learn to analyze clinical data, identify trends, and create targeted reports
- Develop expertise in managing health information and EHR systems
- Apply data management skills using tools such as EPIC, SQL, Tableau, and Crystal Reports
- Understand and implement system design, testing, and security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a resident of California
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or GED certification
- U.S. Citizen/National or valid Lawful Permanent Resident Alien
- Proficient computer experience, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability to type at a net speed of 40 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to HIPAA compliance
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Capacity to learn in a self-directed, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
