- Develop, implement, and support both delivered and custom modules within PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and HCM 9.2
- Design, build, and maintain system interfaces with internal and external applications
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Provide technical support for system upgrades, patches, and new initiatives
- Maintain and enforce data security and user access controls
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for system implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of applications

Location: Conway, SC hybrid (1 days onsite per week)

Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2)
Experience Required: 10+Years
Work Location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC or NC resident and willing to travel onsite at least one day every week. No relocation allowed.
Project Scope:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and HCM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, upgrading, customizing, and supporting enterprise applications to ensure data integrity and continuity of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HCM systems
• Strong experience in:
• PeopleCode
• Application Engine
• PeopleTools (8.60+)
• Component Interface
• Structured Query Reports (SQR)
• Crystal Reports
• BI Publisher
• COBOL
• Experience in system analysis, development, testing, and implementation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)About the company
