What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the build, testing, and evaluation of Epic Radiant applications to meet healthcare system requirements
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for program development and troubleshooting
- Serve as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring proper use of IT resources and high customer service levels
- Collaborate on design solutions to enhance existing imaging processes and define system objectives
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs and interfaces according to specified requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with an Associate's degree
- Minimum of six (6) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a High School diploma or GED
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare IT systems and interfacing
- Familiarity with Epic Radiology applications
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and responsiveness to internal customers
