      Job Description

      LIONS Intelligence is a newly formed part of the LIONS business focused on our digital subscriptions brands - WARC, The Work, and Contagious IQ. As part of this business transformation, we are moving from three separately run commercial functions to one unified commercial team.

      We have a regional structure with teams based in London (covering EMEA), New York (covering North and South America), and Singapore (covering the APAC region).

      This role manages the LIONS Intelligence New Business Team in America.

      You will be responsible for managing a team of business development managers who will sell the portfolio of products to brands, agencies, and media owners.

      You will set the standards and expectations for the commercial team with targets and KPIs, aiming to deliver double-digit growth for the business.

      Key Accountabilities

      1. Manage the end-to-end new business sales cycle with the team.
      2. Report on financial forecasts and pipeline of the three products.
      3. Coach and upskill sales conversations within the team.
      4. Drive conversion of inbound and outbound leads.
      5. Implement sales plans in collaboration with teams.
      6. Identify challenges and risks in team performance and develop solutions.
      7. Work with the SDR manager to improve inbound lead conversion and speed.

      Qualifications

      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
      • Experience using CRM systems.
      • Previous sales management experience.
      • Financial forecasting skills.
      • Strong communication skills at all business levels.
      • Knowledge of the marketing industry.
      • The pay range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
