- Lead the business development and partnerships team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential partners in the real estate and financial industry
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive partnership integration and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of Business Development or B2B Growth experience
- Proven track record of success in business development within the real estate, fintech, or proptech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
