- In partnership with the communications director, develop a comprehensive communications plan that supports the business priorities of Tetra Pak in the C&C Market.
- Drive implementation of communications activities:
- Public relations – media relations, crisis communications, corporate social responsibility initiatives, press event planning and execution, presentation material development, thought leadership activities, industry association coordination, education campaigns.
- Brand communications – maintenance of the company’s official channels and management of our presence online and in social media, brand contents, sponsorships, events and tradeshows, campaigns.
- Internal communications – internal news development and distribution, intranet optimization, leadership message development, town hall meeting planning and execution, internal event planning and execution. Also support the Managing Director’s activities with the internal audiences.
- Work with agencies to develop plans and materials in alignment with established communications strategy.
- Liaise with global communications professionals in implementation of communications activities.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or a related field.
- At least 05 years’ relevant experience.
- Proven record of successful communications projects and activities.
- Familiarity with digital communications tools, methods and trends.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint and Adobe Creative Suite; experience managing websites and familiarity with HTML preferred.
- Experience managing websites and familiarity with HTML, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or other photo/design software preferred.
- You should be:

Job Summary
Expand your communications career at Tetra Pak in this dynamic, broad-reaching role. To deliver on our strategic goals, we are seeking fora Manager to be the Head of Communications for our Central America and Caribean Market who will drive our corporate communications strategy and help further Tetra Pak’s brand and reputation in the region. To reach that goal, in this position you will work across functions with colleagues from communications, sales, marketing and other area; so relationship skills, networking, initiative and a self-management approach will be highly valued.
You will report to the communications director Latam. We are looking for an energetic candidate with a passion for learning, strong strategic thinking, and a drive for results. In this role, you will work across a variety of communications disciplines, subject areas and communicate regularly with a wide range of audiences, including Tetra Pak employees, key opinion leaders in the food and beverage industry, customers and consumers.
The position is based in Panamá.
