      Department

      You will be part of Manufacturing Operation-India , Global Supply Chain, Cement who supports Capital and Service for Materials, Warehouse & Logistics. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges. This department works closely with both our internal and external customers to ensure FLSmidth equipment’s on time delivery and customer satisfaction.

      Your Responsibilities

      • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels of aftermarket products.
      • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize efficiency and minimize handling costs.
      • Oversee order processing and fulfillment activities to ensure timely delivery of aftermarket products to customers.
      • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and address customer inquiries or special requests.
      • Implement quality control measures to ensure that aftermarket products meet established standards and specifications.
      • Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate corrective actions as needed.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, environmental requirements, and import/export regulations.
      • Implement safety protocols and training programs to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff.

      What you bring

      • Proven experience (15 years) in warehouse management, preferably in a leadership role focused on aftermarket operations.
      • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, logistics processes, and warehouse operations best practices.
      • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and other relevant technology tools.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements related to warehouse operations.
      • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take on new responsibilities as required.

      Education Qualification

      Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.

      Experience

      15-20 years’ experience in Quality Control, Heavy Manufacturing, Construction Equipment Industry
