      The salary range for this role, based in New York is $172,300 to $215,400, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

      Position Summary

      As the Head of Organizational Development, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and Culture, you will provide strategic leadership to the development and implementation of innovative strategies and solutions that build organizational capability, embeds DE&I in the day-to-day fabric of the company, while building and strengthening a performance-oriented culture that supports the company’s strategy. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive and engaging organizational culture that supports leadership growth and fosters a sense of belonging for all employees. You will also be an active member of the PR NA People and Experience Leadership team as well as the PR NA Extended Leadership Team which drives, influences and implements the overall strategies to deliver the business objectives.

      Responsibilities

      Organizational Development & Performance

      • Partner with the SVP HR, business leaders, and local and global COE leaders to develop organizational capability by creating and implementing a PRNA talent strategy and programs to support the strategy via effective talent planning, high potential talent development initiatives, talent review, career experiences etc.
      • Design and lead the programs that build PRNA’s internal Leadership Talent Pipeline (e.g. talent reviews, succession planning, talent mobility)
      • Develop and lead coaching, mentorship, and feedback programs to support leadership growth
      • Lead the implementation of the global performance and talent management processes

      DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

      • Lead DE&I initiatives, strategy development and implementation through leadership and project teams
      • Lead the organization's efforts to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
      • Create and support the execution of enrichment activities that reinforce an inclusive company culture and help to achieve DE&I objectives
      • Partner with other PRNA HR Leaders to integrate DE&I initiatives into the overall PRNA culture by embedding DE&I into all HR practices and policies
      • Partner with the CODI and the PRNA HRLT to drive a culture that supports PRNA strategy
      • Develop relationships with local and national community leaders by representing Pernod Ricard at professional meetings, and conferences as well as facilitating connections for others across the organization
      • Develop and implement DEI strategies, policies, and initiatives to promote a culture of belonging
      • Lead the ERG (Employee Resource Group) strategies and support their efforts to lead educational and coaching programs to grow organizational understanding to create a culture of equity and inclusivity
      • Influence and collaborate with HR and relevant stakeholders to improve diversity in recruitment, hiring, and promotion processes
      • Provide training and resources to increase cultural competence and awareness among employees

      Culture

      • Define and promote the organization's core values, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and vision
      • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to cultivate a positive and engaging organizational culture
      • Foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being through various activities and initiatives
      • Drive initiatives to enhance work-life balance and promote a healthy and supportive work environment

      Team Management

      • Manage, coach, and develop team to deliver strategies and programs which deliver identified objectives which support PR NA business and people strategies
      • Ensure team is capable and engaged in their work and projects

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
      • Proven experience in talent development, leadership development, DEI, and culture-building roles in fast moving consumer product organizations
      • In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies, leadership development practices, and DEI principles
      • Strong understanding of organizational culture and its impact on employee engagement and performance
      • Proven ability to influence and drive initiatives across all levels of Management including at the Executive Level
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
      • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to support talent and culture initiatives
      • Experience in designing and delivering programs and workshops
      • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and inspire others
