What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies
- Manage overall revenue performance, including new business, referrals, and partnerships
- Set strategic direction for sales channels focusing on sustainable and profitable growth
- Develop and enhance relationships with brokers, employers, and independent agents
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams, driving engagement and accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience leading sales organizations, ideally in insurance
- Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills to utilize data for strategic decision-making
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to motivate teams

- Experience in the pet health insurance sector or related fields
- Familiarity with business-to-business customer dynamics
- Proven track record of deploying new products and managing partner programs
- Experience in designing key performance indicators for sales organizations
