      Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit an Executive Pastry Chef for our Hotel and Restaurants.

      Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Executive Pastry Chef for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Chef Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

      Your role

      As Executive Pastry Chef, you will be managing our pastry teams throughout the restaurants and hotel, to excel in surprising and exciting our guests. W orking alongside our Executive Chef and Director of F&B, you will manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Pastry team of 15.
