      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement a comprehensive system of quality assurance for training and technical assistance (TTA) to recipients
      - Provide ongoing supervision, oversight, and coaching to Early Childhood Specialists
      - Develop and implement professional development initiatives for EC Specialists
      - Review and ensure accuracy of recipient TTA reports and their timely submission
      - Conduct field observations of Early Childhood Specialists to assess TTA quality and professional development needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS degree in early childhood education/development, education leadership, or related field
      - 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years in providing TTA to Head Start or early childhood programs
      - 3+ years of progressive supervision/management experience, preferably managing remote staff
      - 1+ year experience in coaching staff and developing, implementing, and managing projects
      - Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in using data to inform decision-making and facilitate group discussions
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, both orally and in writing
      - Certifications such as CLASS Observer and/or Trainer
