      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training and technical assistance to grantees related to school readiness, family engagement, and professional development
      - Assist grantees in selecting and implementing ongoing child assessments and age-appropriate curricula
      - Support the improvement of teacher/child interactions and data-driven decision-making processes
      - Facilitate family engagement practices and strengthen transition practices for children from birth to five
      - Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress on quality improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS degree in Early Childhood Education/Development or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in programs for young children from birth to five years
      - 1+ year experience working with infants and toddlers
      - 1+ year experience facilitating group discussions and presenting to various audiences
      - 1+ year experience analyzing data for decision-making and providing training or technical assistance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Head Start programs
      - Experience working within a Head Start Program
