What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site, group, and virtual training and technical assistance (T/TA) to grantees related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance issues for grant recipients
- Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress toward quality improvements
- Coordinate TTA with specialists to support integration of management systems in education, family services, and health services
- Analyze data and assist programs in making data-driven decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of experience related to program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
- 1+ year experience supporting grantees to improve program operations and management systems
- 1+ year experience providing technical assistance to governing bodies and program staff
- Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in a leadership position within a Head Start program or other early learning program
- Knowledge and experience with fiscal management and health services
- Experience working with Tribal governance and trauma-informed care approaches
- Familiarity with web-based instructional applications and American Indian and Alaska Native Tribal experience
