      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer health and wellness programs to ensure operational excellence and compliance
      - Support the design and delivery of benefit solutions aligned with Total Rewards strategies
      - Respond to employee inquiries regarding wellbeing benefits and resources
      - Act as a liaison between vendors, associates, and systems to resolve issues
      - Analyze and benchmark health and wellness programs to recommend engagement opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in benefits program analysis, design, or administration
      - Knowledge of regulations and compliance related to health and wellness
      - Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel; HRIS experience required
      - Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

      - Experience in health and wellness plans and benefits administration
      - Workday implementation, configuration, and maintenance experience
      - Well organized with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
      - Ability to effectively multi-task and balance priorities with urgency
