      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Spearhead membership growth initiatives by enrolling eligible individuals in various health plans
      - Conduct outreach activities at events to promote health care solutions and enhance MVP's visibility
      - Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and medical providers
      - Generate and convert qualified leads into MVP customers
      - Lead events to showcase health solutions and strengthen community ties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years in a customer service or sales environment, with experience in the health care industry
      - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Availability for full-time, virtual work with daily local travel (some evenings and weekends)
      - Valid driver's license
      - Ability to speak more than one language (e.g., English and Bengali, Hindi, and/or Spanish)

      - Experience in community outreach or health-related initiatives
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with health care programs and services
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Experience in event planning or coordination
