      Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

      Job Description

      This position serves as the first point of contact for our guests visiting the Health Club, ensuring they feel welcomed and receive the best customer service experience.

      • Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
      • Welcome guests on arrival, register and issue locker keys according to departmental standards and procedures.
      • Assist health club guests as well as other cashiering duties.
      • Liaise closely with other relevant departments to ensure that guests' requests and needs are met.
      • Update and maintain repeat guest history system.
      • Handle health club guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
      • Handling guests’ mails, messages, and answering phone calls.
      • Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.
      • Be vigilant regarding in-house credit matters and act upon any discrepancies.
      • Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious-looking person(s) / articles.
      • Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets, and other services/features.
      • Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
      • Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in Spa, Recreation, Fitness, or Hospitality industry
      • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
      • Good English communications skills
      • Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
      • Good interpersonal skills
      • Knowledge in computer software
      • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and pleasing personality
      • Ability and willingness to perform under stress
      • Positive and high energy level
      • A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guests' needs are met
