What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize coaching strategies, including motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry, to improve the health of participants
- Provide support to members using messaging and telephonic sessions
- Drive change and positive outcomes in participants' health concerns and approaches
- Record and track coaching experience using electronic documentation
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 3-5 years of nursing experience
- 3-5 years of experience in health coach-related roles
- 2-4 years of experience in individual behavior change management, motivational interviewing, and health coaching
- Current RN license within a compact nursing state

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialized training or experience in diabetes, heart health, lung health, digestive health, chronic pain, and/or maternal and child care
