      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development of real-world evidence (RWE), health economic analyses, and internal operational insights
      - Conduct analyses using large administrative claims datasets and electronic health record (EHR) data
      - Improve internal reporting systems to generate actionable insights for market access strategy
      - Prepare high-quality evidence packages, presentations, manuscripts, dashboards, and analytic documentation
      - Present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, data science, economics, health policy, or a related quantitative field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, registry, or operational data)
      - Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one of Python or R
      - Familiarity with basic statistical analysis such as regression and survival analysis
      - Strong analytical, statistical, and quantitative reasoning skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cohort creation, RWE research design, or causal inference fundamentals
      - Experience working with dashboards, reporting platforms, or internal analytics environments
      - Exposure to HEOR modeling or ISPOR/FDA RWE guidelines
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
