      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide world-class customer service to members and providers, demonstrating empathy and expertise
      - Answer phone inquiries in a call center environment, ensuring accuracy of information and service quality
      - Explain claim adjudication processes, including deductibles, co-pays, and provider reimbursements
      - Document phone calls in the system and follow up on issues as needed
      - Resolve problems arising from claim adjudication and customer service inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience in customer service
      - Demonstrated skills in customer service and communication
      - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
      - Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
      - Computer competency in navigating multiple programs and resources

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with claims processing and insurance inquiries
      - Ability to handle customer service inquiries via email
