      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, educate, and close complex enterprise sales opportunities with health plans, providers, digital health groups, and governments
      - Develop and articulate compelling value propositions tailored to payer partners
      - Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior health plan executives and key decision-makers
      - Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and performance tracking
      - Represent the company at industry conferences and events as a senior sales ambassador

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with exposure to AI healthcare organizations
      - Strong understanding of the payer market, including self-funded employers and Medicare Advantage lines of business
      - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets
      - Ability to independently manage complex deal cycles and maintain executive-level customer relationships
      - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

      - Experience supporting financial modeling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
      - Comfort operating in evolving markets and adapting sales approaches to new technologies
