      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze membership, provider, and claims data to identify trends and performance drivers affecting health plan performance
      - Present analytical findings and recommendations to management to support decision-making
      - Identify and quantify opportunities to reduce medical costs while maintaining high-quality care
      - Execute ad-hoc analytics requests efficiently from various departments within the organization
      - Utilize and enhance analytic methods for performance comparison across markets and products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare analytics
      - Managed care experience is required
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in a related field
      - Knowledge of healthcare data including medical and pharmacy claims, Utilization Management, and demographic data
      - Experience with EMR data and HIE data
      - Familiarity with Databricks and PowerPivot
      - Understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and other government-sponsored healthcare programs
