What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance of the pharmacy 340B program through policy development and ongoing maintenance
- Perform and coordinate audits to assess patient eligibility and program compliance
- Manage assigned 340B accounts, including reviewing invoices and monitoring drug expenses
- Utilize various software programs to maintain and support the 340B program
- Collaborate with vendors and pharmacy partners to support business development activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Purchasing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a business or healthcare setting, focused on pharmacy or finance
- Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Previous pharmaceutical purchasing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
