What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document business requirements related to healthcare enrollment, eligibility, and claims administration
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective integration with third-party vendors
- Prepare high-level requirements, use cases, and business requirement documents
- Conduct gap analysis and map business processes and workflows
- Facilitate communication between business teams and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; BA certifications and/or PMP are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in healthcare payer/TPA
- Proven expertise in preparing functional specifications and test strategies
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively
