- Develop new exam items to assess the knowledge and skills of medical professionals
- Assist in creating practice exams, study guides, courses, and related educational materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to align exam items with industry guidelines
- Conduct technical reviews of content and serve as an internal subject matter expert
- Oversee beta testing processes for certification exams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- AAPC CORE Certification required
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams
- Project management capabilities
- Strong change management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Product Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Healthcare Revenue Management Industry
- Experience with Membership Based Training Organizations
- Preferred proficiency with Project Management software
- Multiple AAPC credentials
