What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote company services, with 90% of tasks phone-based
- Interview patients and members to gather personal and sensitive information for eligibility determination
- Utilize the employer's systems to ask appropriate questions and ensure accuracy
- Interpret and explain eligibility requirements and application details to patients or members
- Compile and evaluate personal and financial data to determine eligibility for government programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Proficient in placing and receiving calls via a computer interface
- Excellent phone and data entry skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities and capability to manage challenging interactions
- Experience working remotely, with a private and quiet office or working space
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree preferred
