What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze data from various internal and external sources for multiple projects
- Interpret and report on data integrity and programmatic metrics using statistical techniques
- Conduct monthly program reporting and provide data analytics in Excel and PowerBI
- Collaborate with the Data Manager and Compliance Manager to meet quality assurance metrics
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy frameworks, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 4 to 5 years of business equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data, specifically pharmacy and grants
- Experience working with Electronic Health/Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PowerBi and Power Platform apps
- Familiarity with SQL coding and database querying
- Experience writing macros within Excel
- Understanding of STFP and data validation techniques
- Ability to travel for job-related activities as necessary
