- Gather and organize contract information from various departments
- Manage HCP consultancy agreements (Steering committees, Advisory Boards, IDMC, etc.)
- Prepare and facilitate key documents like COI Disclosures and CDAs
- Build strong relationships across teams to keep contracts moving smoothly
- Spot process improvements and propose solutions
- Bachelor's degree ✓
- Strong organizational skills - you keep the chaos organized
- Critical thinking - you see the bigger picture
- Quick learner - you're comfortable with "learn as you go"
- Bonus: Healthcare or business operations background (but not required!)
- Entry-level friendly - no industry experience necessary
