      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals (CNAs, MAs, LPNs, RNs, etc.)
      - Coordinate and schedule staff for open shifts, ensuring timely communication with active staff
      - Collect and review weekly timesheets for accuracy, assisting with payroll processing
      - Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and logs for operational efficiency
      - Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare workers and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, scheduling, or staffing
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail
      - Proficiency with scheduling platforms and online tools
