What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with HR team and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies using various resources, including databases and job boards
- Facilitate the hiring process, including evaluating resumes and conducting interviews
- Communicate timely updates and manage expectations with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum three (3) years of recruiting experience in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Accounting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS)
