What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze revenue cycle performance and develop strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding accounts receivable
- Design and implement custom dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with the IT department
- Streamline billing processes and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and revenue capture
- Continuously monitor financial health of assigned practices, providing regular updates and recommendations to management
- Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong understanding of the professional billing revenue cycle, including claims submission and denial management
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills for conveying financial information to diverse audiences
