      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound lead generation calls and establish direct client interactions to secure new business
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities

      - Maintain and update client information in CRM systems, ensuring accurate data management

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience required, with 2 years in healthcare sales
      - Experience with consulting services, admissions, or program enrollment preferred
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
      - Excellent oral, written, and customer service-oriented communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in healthcare sales within nursing homes, home health, or post-acute provider markets
      - Demonstrated critical thinking and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
      - Familiarity with compliance review processes and quality assessment tools
      - Ability to build trusted relationships with decision-makers in client organizations
