      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound lead generation calls and face-to-face client interactions to secure new business
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into sales opportunities through targeted outreach
      - Present proposed solutions in formal meetings, clearly outlining scope, deliverables, and pricing
      - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing customer questions and securing next steps
      - Maintain client information and data integrity in the system, including lead and contact entry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience required; 2 years of healthcare sales experience in a nursing home, home health, or post-acute provider market required
      - Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is required
      - Excellent oral, written, and customer service-oriented communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience with consulting services, admissions, or program enrollment preferred
      - Demonstrated critical thinking ability and excellent organizational skills
      - Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and client needs
      - Experience in presenting solutions to decision-makers in formal settings
      - Ability to work flexible hours based on customer needs
