      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound lead generation calls and direct interactions with clients to secure new business
      - Present proposed solutions in formal meetings, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing
      - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company services and articulate their value to clients
      - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing customer concerns and securing follow-ups
      - Update and maintain client information and track opportunity progression in CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
      - 4 years of outside sales experience required, with 2 years of healthcare sales experience in a nursing home, home health, or post-acute provider market
      - Experience with reporting and documentation in CRM systems and lead generation tools required
      - Excellent oral, written, and customer service-oriented communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience with consulting services, admissions, or program enrollment preferred
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
