- Integrate Data Across the Clinical Enterprise: Develop and implement strategies to connect disparate data sources across inpatient, perioperative, emergency, ambulatory, and post-acute settings to provide a unified view of clinical operations.
- Streamline the Assessment & Implementation Process: Enhance Huron’s current-state assessment and implementation methodologies, ensuring consistent data utilization and more actionable insights that drive operational improvements.
- Advance Predictive Analytics: Support the development of predictive modeling and trend analysis to better inform clinical and financial decision-making across health systems.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with consulting, technology, and analytics teams to align data strategies with client needs and best practices.
- Assess & Enhance Existing Benefit Measurement: Gain a deep understanding of Huron’s current benefit measurement models and refine methodologies to enhance financial and operational impact tracking.
- Drive Strategic Advancement of Benefit Measurement: Identify and recommend innovative benefit measurement approaches, including cost savings, revenue enhancement, efficiency gains, and clinical quality improvements that will improve overall value proposition.
- Identify New Value Opportunities: Work across clinical and financial teams to uncover new ways to drive financial benefit, ensuring maximum return on investment for clients.
- Manage & Analyze Client Data: Link data management across the entire Clinical Enterprise client base, ensuring accurate and comprehensive tracking of financial benefits and performance outcomes. Track benefit across engagements and ensure accuracy of realization schedules.
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, clinical operations, or related fields
- Strong background in healthcare data analytics, performance improvement, and financial modeling
- Experience with health system operations, including inpatient, perioperative, ED, ambulatory, and post-acute care
- Expertise in benefit measurement frameworks, including cost and revenue impact assessments
- Ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with internal teams and healthcare executives
- Demonstrated experience with advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or AWS QuickSight, etc.) and proficient in SQL
- US work authorization required

This role is 50% focused on Insights Management and 50% focused on Benefit Measurement, providing a unique opportunity to shape Huron’s approach to healthcare analytics while driving measurable outcomes for our clients.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $215,000 - $265,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $268,750 - $350,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
