      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Talent Acquisition needs
      - Lead recruitment efforts for Investment and Operations talent searches
      - Develop hiring plans, craft documents, and manage recruitment process
      - Ensure positive candidate experience and manage communication with candidates and internal personnel
      - Expand the firm's network and collaborate with leadership team on data management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - 7+ years experience as Director of Talent Acquisition in hedge fund, family office, or investment management firm
      - Minimum 5 years experience in executive search or staffing/agency recruiting
      - Strong program/project management skills and knowledge of financial products and services
      - Excellent client focus, judgment, analytical skills, and verbal/written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's, advanced degree, or Human Resource designation
      - Familiarity with distinct functions and roles in hedge funds and family offices
      - Strong influencing skills and knowledge of compensation factors
      - Team player with demonstrated knowledge of market data and peer comparisons
