What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead implementation projects aimed at improving HEDIS, Stars, and accreditation performance
- Manage vendor relationships to enhance quality performance initiatives
- Develop quality assurance criteria and processes for accurate regulatory reporting
- Act as the analytic liaison for complex clinical analytics projects across multiple teams
- Create integrated analytic datasets and present findings to inform business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, or Public Health preferred, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, HEDIS, SAS, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing healthcare data, including HEDIS and relational databases
- Extensive knowledge of the US healthcare industry, health plan business, and clinical data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with visualization and BI tools, particularly Tableau
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Highly motivated with the capability to work independently
