What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices and applications
- Troubleshoot macOS, Apple hardware, and common applications including Safari, Chrome, and MS Office
- Record, update, and escalate support issues in a timely manner
- Support IT onboarding activities for new end-users
- Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or higher education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
- Basic IT software and hardware troubleshooting knowledge (Mac, Windows, and Microsoft Environment)
- Exceptional customer service skills and a strong team player
- Ability to work independently within a diverse global team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong business-level Japanese speaking skills or JLPT N1/N2 certification
- Familiarity with JAMF Pro and knowledge of MDM solutions (JAMF/Intune)
- Apple Device Support Certification
