What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide frontline technical support to users within the employer's environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data workflows and system performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a permanent resident or U.S. citizen
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with data workflows and related technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms
- Knowledge of cloud computing and data processing frameworks
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role
