What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Diagnostics sales force to identify potential customers for Hematology equipment
- Manage sales activities including account management, technical presentations, and customer negotiations
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for sales funnel activity and reporting
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical applications, and customer service teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Hospital sales experience
- Experience selling capital equipment and laboratory/diagnostic experience is a strong plus
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Valid driver's license in good standing and must be 21 years old to participate in the vehicle plan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using CRM systems
- Familiarity with Miller Heiman sales methodology
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to lead without authority
