What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting hematology therapeutic products within the assigned territory
- Develop a deep understanding of customer sentiment towards ZYNLONTA® and key accounts
- Call on various healthcare facilities and professionals to educate them about ZYNLONTA®
- Provide customer service and support with a patient-focused approach
- Create and execute effective territory management and account plans using market data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry
- Preferred experience in Oncology/Hematology
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established rapport and relationships with healthcare professionals in the geographic area
- Experience with buy and bill products in the oncology space
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Motivated by patient focus with a sense of urgency
