      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a research expert advising on research criteria, methodology, and statistical analysis for outcome assessments
      - Collaborate with the Data Scientist to analyze complex healthcare data sets and identify trends
      - Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to various stakeholders
      - Manage multiple work streams and deliverables across programs to support project and organizational goals
      - Contribute to collaborative research efforts with pharmaceutical partners and internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in mathematics, Health Economics, or Statistics
      - Minimum of two (2) years' experience in analyzing real-world data sets across specialty pharma sectors
      - Minimum of two (2) years' experience in life sciences HEOR data strategy and evidence generation
      - Expertise with data mining and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PhD or PharmD
      - Experience in rare diseases and working as a Data Scientist or Research Developer in the healthcare industry
      - Hands-on experience with statistical computing languages such as R, SQL, or Python
      - Knowledge of healthcare/medical economics data and coding systems
      - Experience with analytical analysis using Machine Learning techniques
