      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop expertise in the hernia portfolio and procedural excellence to drive market growth
      - Create and implement targeted strategies to increase hernia market share
      - Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in hernia disease management
      - Lead integration efforts for robotic surgery into hernia procedures
      - Execute market development programs and training initiatives to foster procedural adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience, OR
      - Associate's Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience, OR
      - Bachelor's Degree AND at least 2+ years of field sales experience
      - Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers
      - Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth
      - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
