What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase hernia market share
- Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in hernia disease management
- Lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures
- Achieve/exceed sales quotas and effectively manage opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Field-based role requiring 50% travel within the territory
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and product information
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of proven sales track record in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Experience in building and managing key customer relationships
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
