      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide skilled Physical Therapy services to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist
      - Assist in the evaluation and development of rehabilitative plans of care and participate in periodic re-evaluations
      - Document patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist and physician
      - Instruct patients and families on exercise programs and the use of self-help devices
      - Collaborate with other health team personnel to ensure comprehensive patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed, registered, or certified as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida
      - Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant curriculum or equivalent education
      - Successful completion of a national examination for Physical Therapist Assistants
      - Current CPR certification (online certification is not accepted)
      - Must pass a criminal background check

      - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
      - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and families
