      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop individualized fitness programs tailored to participants' needs
      - Supervise workout facilities and instruct safe and effective exercise
      - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wellness programs
      - Design and implement educational components to support a holistic approach to wellness
      - Maintain fitness-related equipment and ensure a safe exercise environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Fitness Physiology, Physical Education, or a related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching exercise
      - CPR Certification required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Exercise Science, Fitness Physiology, Physical Education, or a related field
      - Experience developing customized fitness programs for individuals
      - Experience instructing on the proper use of fitness equipment
      - Familiarity with the older adult population in a fitness setting
      - Relevant certifications from recognized organizations such as ACSM, ACE, or NSCA
