What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outreach via call, text, or email to potential clients interested in in-home personal training
- Utilize a guided script to schedule Fitness Consultations with Account Executives
- Manage and track leads through the pipeline using Trello CRM
- Follow up with existing leads to progress them through various stages of the sales process
- Attend weekly meetings, training sessions, and pipeline reviews for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to dedicate at least 40 hours per week to leads provided
- Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite, OpenPhone, Trello CRM, Calendly, DocuSign, and Zoom
- Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
- Sufficient knowledge in the fitness and nutrition field (certification not required)
- Proven experience in a high-ticket sales development representative (SDR) role is preferred

- Ability to work late evenings (3 PM - 10 PM)
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Exceptional presence and ability to engage with potential clients
- Strong background in fitness and nutrition knowledge
