What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound scheduled sales calls and guide leads through the proprietary selling framework
- Increase product knowledge by utilizing resources in the sales training center
- Participate in daily sales syncs to strategize and discuss sales initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas while adhering to CRM best practices for tracking sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales or consultative sales processes
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with effective time management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and excellent rapport-building skills
