      What You'll Do:
      • Engage and Persuade: Connect with motivated sellers, build relationships, and effectively present offers that close high-value real estate deals.
      • Strategize for Growth: Leverage your strategic thinking to find new business opportunities within your territory. You'll work closely with the team to identify potential leads, assess the best approach, and drive business results.
      • Lead the Charge: Own the sales process by converting qualified leads into closed deals. You'll handle communication across multiple channels, including email and phone calls, and build rapport with clients.
      • Track and Improve: Stay focused on achieving company goals by tracking performance metrics and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. We believe in continuous improvement and will always support you with the tools and training to succeed.

      What We Need From You:
      • 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, closing deals, or a similar role.
      • Proven ability to close deals and influence decision-makers with a strategic approach.
      • Comfortable with CRM software and managing a pipeline of leads efficiently.
      • A passionate go-getter who enjoys working in a competitive environment.
      • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in conversations, is quick to build trust, and has the confidence to persuade.

      Responsibilities
      • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
      • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
      • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
      • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
      • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline

      Qualifications
      2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, closing deals, or a similar role.
      Proven ability to close deals and influence decision-makers with a strategic approach.
      Comfortable with CRM software and managing a pipeline of leads efficiently.
