What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Conduct structured phone and Zoom consultations with potential clients
- Present and explain premium personal development programs
- Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions using simple CRM tools
- Participate in weekly mentorship and training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 15-20 hours weekly commitment
- Experience in sales, particularly in consultative, relationship-based selling
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to conduct 3-6 sales conversations per day with pre-qualified leads
