What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 80+ calls per day to scheduled leads and a database of warm leads
- Attend daily sales meetings at 9 AM PST
- Communicate effectively about mentorship offerings to prospective enrollees
- Overcome objections and adapt the sales script with a personal touch
- Approach each call with a tenacious mindset, treating every interaction as a new opportunity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven background in high-ticket phone sales, preferably with experience in related fields
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain productivity
- Strong communication skills to convey mentorship offerings clearly
- Willingness to learn objection-handling techniques
- Tenacity and a positive attitude towards sales opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in high-ticket closing roles, such as insurance or automotive sales
- Familiarity with the sales process and effective communication strategies
- Previous experience in a supportive sales environment
- Ability to adapt and personalize sales scripts effectively
- Interest in financial literacy and education
